Buttercup has lived with two adults but has not been around children. She is very friendly towards strangers and allows people to pet her with no signs of aggression. She gets along with other cats, as well as dogs.
All this sweet beauty wants is a new home to call her own. She’s a lazy cat, not interested in toys or the games younger cats play. She’s litter box trained and doesn’t use a scratching post. Buttercup is content to follow her person around the house, especially when food is involved. Her previous owner would treat her with human food on occasion. Otherwise, Buttercup is happy with wet or dry food, and has a good appetite.
Right now, Buttercup has a case of the kitty sniffles, most likely caused by shelter stress and easily treated. If you can offer Buttercup a place in your rescue, or wish to adopt Buttercup, please click on this link to start the process. She has more than $150 in rescue pledges at the time of this article.
