Help find Taco: Anderson County vehicle stolen with owners dog inside

February 16, 2015

Update February 16 Taco is safe at home now.

According to a February 15 report by Fox Carolina News, a South Carolina man is without his dog, as well as his car after both were stolen from his driveway.

Terry Williams of Anderson lives on Vista Trail. Sunday morning around 10 a.m., Terry went outside to his driveway to warm up his 2008 Toyota Scion. Taco, his black and white chihuahua, jumped inside, waiting to go along for the ride.

When Terry returned moments later after locking up his home, he found his vehicle and his dog had been stolen.

Inside of his vehicle were Terry’s wallet, license and debit card. He’s most concerned that with the cold weather over the weekend, Taco will be in danger if he’s put out of the vehicle at some point. Freezing cold, rain, sleet, and snow are all in the forecast for Monday.

Please share this article with friends in the Anderson, South Carolina area. Keep an eye out for Taco, as he may be traveling solo at this point.

If you have any information on the larceny, contact the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office at 864-260-4400.
