This is an update on the Austin County, Texas Grand Jury meeting set for April 29 at 9 a.m.
The peaceful protest is still on for members to meet and ask for justice for Tiger. The case, however, is not on the docket to be discussed at Wednesday’s meeting. There are several possibilities for this.
(2) for security reasons the name was purposefully left off the docket
(3) there is going to be a last minute add on.
(4) the DA is not interested in the case and he needs to just say that…..whatever the reason we all deserve some explanation.
Many cases require time to be sure any charges made against a person stick. This recentExaminer article covers an abuse case where 66 dogs were rescued on January 30. Those involved were arrested less than two weeks ago.

The best course of action at this time is to flood the District Attorney’s office with calls and faxes. It would also be good to bring up the point that several veterinarians who examined the photo of Tiger after he was shot with the arrow say he was still alive and suffering at the time the photo was made.
Anyone in the area is also asked to attend this protest. There will be a heavy media presence on scene to cover the gathering. More information will be available late Wednesday, so please click the “subscribe to author” icon to get an email update anytime a new article is published.
