A South Carolina man was arrested Wednesday and charged with knowingly exposing a person to HIV via social dating encounters, Fox Carolina News reported September 24.
According to Lt. Kevin Bobo, Medina confessed to the allegation after being read his rights, saying he was diagnosed 15 years ago.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have had contact with Medina to contact Senior Investigator Bryan Wilkins at 864-503-4610.
It’s possible other victims are from out of state, as Spartanburg County isn’t far from North Carolina or Georgia. Please share this article with friends who are into social media dating.
