A Richland County man is charged with assault and battery after stabbing his brother with a steak knife, Fox Carolina reported December 2.
The two apparently couldn’t decide what type of dinnerware would be best appropriate for their evening meal.
Sergeant Curtis Wilson told Fox Carolina the argument turned physical, with Wilson stabbing his brother in the abdomen several times with a steak knife. According to WMBF News, the injuries weren’t life-threatening.
Edward Bright was charged with second-degree assault and battery and taken by Richland deputies to Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. At the time of this article, Bright is still behind bars and no attorney is listed online for his case.
